Ultimate Bodyweight Conditioning

Ultimate Bodyweight Conditioning is back. The two series, Training with Push Ups and Training with Squats, are available now. You can get them separate or buy them together as a special package deal and save.

These two videos will give you an idea of what you can look forward to finding in each set.

The sort of high rep training you can do with bodyweight exercises, especially the squats, goes along with the recent video tips on weight loss. Or course in these volumes you’ll also find many ways to build max level strength too. With this kind of variation you’ll never get bored or be at a loss for how you can use these exercises to help you reach your goals.

God bless,
Bud Jeffries

Many thanks for the free Power Points Vol.1.

Just wondering could i use the fast mass workout in the book to build a muscular ripped physique. I know being ripped is down to diet.

Also which is better for me to get that type of physique fast, the Power Point book or the Martial arts super strength book.

By the way love your books, i have twisted conditioning 1, the martial arts endurance & strength book now thanks to you i have the power point book, great.

There’s plenty of information in any of those books that could help you get into a ripped physique. Like you said it comes down to diet mostly, but lots of those programs would work.
