Training with Squats "Let's get ready to rumble!"
Maybe that phrase should say, "Let's get ready to squat!" Let's face it, if you aint squattin' then you ain't trainin'. If you don't know how to squat then do not pass go, do not collect $200 - and in fact go right to fitness jail.
